HELP!!!

I have a Onfa hyper 7 and the engine is a hyper 21. the engine has compresson and i have rest all the needles to factory settings. the car starts and then slowly dies. ive heard that this many be because of the piston and cylinder is worn out because it was ran to lean. if anyone has ideas they would be appreacated.

check for air leaks, and try to mess with the needles a little bit at a time, since you already know the factory settings you can always set them back. my .28 would always cut out before i got to full throttle and i messed with the low speed a bit and it helped it out.
