Iam looking for a replacement engine. The force 32 that I had has finally died. I have heard alot about high end .21 and .28, but how will they compare with the power Iam used to from the .32? Plus Idont want to spend alot of money. I can get another force 32 for about 150.00. You guys are the pros so IfiguredI would ask what would you suggest?
Thanks,</p>

Are you sure its the ravager that usually comes with the force .28. The violator has the .32. You will actually be happier with a .21 more suited for a buggy.

i put a .21 DYNAMITE MACH 2 engine in my lx one when my force .28 died, i didn't really want to go smaller, but i thought i would try it, the dynamite engine was only $135.00, it really is a good running engine, actually it's faster than the .28 on top end,

you will not be disappointed in a good .21. I have a hyper 7 with the hyper 21 engine, i run 20% nitro. Buddy has a AE with an ofna 28 engine he runs 30 % nitro. ON a straight away drag ran we run even no one pulls away.

I like the Ofna Force .28,a low price great all around engine

If this buggy is a basher I wouldn't spend a whole lot of money on an engine. A .28 sized engine in the $100-$120 range will give it more than enough power. Aside from the force 28, I also think the Axial Spec 1s .28 makes a good basher engine for a buggy, and it is in the same price range on ebay (~$110).
Also, I have a Mach 28 (Ofna) in my ravager and it lights up all 4 tires up no problem. Top end was pretty decent too. That too can be had on ebay for around $110 shipped, new. I would recommend the above 2 before buying this one though.
If you're patient, keep an eye on ebay for a used JPX 21 (jammin 21). That motor makes every other motor listed above look like they're standing still. The bottom end will be almost too much for a buggy, and the top end is amazing too. I have one in my mammoth ST and it nearly pops wheelies from a stand still, and mammoth's are not light by any means.
