Default HB VE8

I am waiting for my VE8 to come in from being on backorder, and I was wondering what wt diff fluid I should use in each of the three diffs.
I would like to see some of your guys setups, to give me an idea in what direction I should go. I might be able to get my hand on a used mamba monster max 2200kv that I would run on 4s.

Thanks, Chris

I currently have 5-7-3 in mines but I know others that have 5-5-3 which i believe is stock. Once you get your ve8, invest in the aluminum skid plates and servo horn. People have been breaking or cracking their chassis' (3 for me) but the aluminum skid plates prevents most of this.

Thanks guy, I think I am going to run 5k 7k 2k. I have to wait so long because my LHS keeps saying that the backorder date keeps switching.

Thanks, Chris

Is it the skid plates that break or the main chassis itself?

Both actually, since the skid plates are bolted on directly to the chassis. Here is chassis #2 after landing from a double jump. I threw out the rear skid plate before taking these pics but you can tell from the damage that the skid plate broke. Aluminum skid plates, white springs in the front and yellow springs in the rear solved this problem.

The 1st chassis i broke was in the 60's and the 2nd one was in the 40's, both on outdoor tracks.
