Hi Willy, try the ((((KYOSHO)))) INFERNO MP7.5 mk3, it has a 3.5cc Kyosho GX.21 engine which is race legal but you can also get it as the U.S SPORT with the GXR.28 4.8cc engine (not race legal). They come complete with all that you will need and are the top of the line RTR buggies. They are also based on the 20+ world championship winning MP7.5 chassis. I have had mine for a couple of years now and its a tank (I mean Tough as a tank). GREAT PRICE ALSO compaired to some other RTR buggies out there. CHECK IT OUT.

Well, the standard questions that are usually asked at this point Will are, what are your intentions, race or bash? What is your budget? Do you already own things like quality servos, tx / rx, engine, pipe and clutch, starter box?

i dont own anything really, except for the what came with the 2 rtrs i have. i dont really have a price range, i can afford anything its just the more expensive, the longer it will take to get. as for my intention, i dont race yet, but im looking to get into it, as a begginer of course.

i say go with the jammin X1 RTR or the ofna picco. but a kit is way better for racing and cheap ones but great ones are the odonnell Z01B 2-in-1 kit or the Hotbodies D8. i love odonnell, they are very durable and they handle better than any buggy out there IMO. i raced a Z01B this weekend and i could believe how well it drove, i couldnt stay off the inside pipes. i also drove a MBX6 and the OD drove better than the MBX6 IMO.

I would suggest one of the hyper series. The hyper 7 is still available and is a great buggy to start with. It comes in a RTR and is a beast when ti comes to taking abuse. Are you planning on racing at a local club? Or do you plan on racing ROAR events. If ROAR check to make sure you get the .21 engine and not the .28. the hyper 7 is a car that will keep up with the best of them as long as you are a good driver.

in my opinion, unless you really get into 1/8 buggies, you should start with a durable, versatile and affordable RTR, keep it stock, then if you really like them and get into racing, get a kit and set it up with parts from the RTR.
