carb pulls air after half a tank is gone, what am I doing wrong??
My new exceed razor is pulling air after the gas tank is half empty. Runs great until then, I have replaced fuel line and shortened it. No air leaks I can find. What might be the problem. Any help is greatly appreciated.

what i suspect is that not enough gas pressure is created withing the fuel tank caused by insufficient gas pressure coming from the exhaust.Look for leaks between the manifold and the exhaust

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried that, took it all apart put it back together, didn't see or feel any air leaks, seals look good, put extra tie around exhaust to make sure it isn't leaking. Same problem. This is getting very frustrating!

Most likely a problem with the tank. Cracked pick up tube in the tank is the likely culprit.

Hi Nitroplus,
I had the same problem with two of my buggies before. I replace the fuel tanks and that fixed the problem. It is most likely that your fuel tank is not be sealing properly. I suggest you change the tank and that should fix your problem.
Good luck!

I had same Problem before. bubbles showing up right after the tank if not full. Replace the tank.
And now I don't have any Problem. That should fix your problem
