RC8Be VS FT RC8...

Today i have XRAY808 2009 and i want to buy one of the RC8 and convert it to brushless.
I just want to know what are the differences between RC8Be and RC8 FT+e-conversion kit.
(<font color="#800080">ASC80904</font>Vs ASC80902)
I know that the regular RC8e is like the rtr. Plastic and all that, i don't want it.
But i sew that the RC8Be will be only 400$, and the nitro FT is 490... So what will be the differences (except the nitro parts...)
