the buggy will roll perfect until I put the center diff plate on. With it on it makes everything a little too tight and it binds up a little. any ideas?

got any photo's so we can see what is happening.
Have you recentley rebuilt the centre diff???

are you tightening up the plate on the diff too tight? You dont ge tight as you can otherwise it binds up.
