totally aggre dbuggyracer, if it were up to the buggy itself, we all would be Pro's lol, getting good "Track tactiks" is key, then you have like mentioned, good set up of the buggy.. hopefully RbedudeRC can get good footage of the NSW state champs.

what you think of the new body etc..? the wing isnt mounted yet so it ll look better once i get that done today as well as stickers.. ill get some better shot of the body later for a better look at deatil.

Thanks, learned from my mistakes that i made on the first body so its definatly a good improvment, from what i recall your 16 nik, am i right? if so man keep at it and you ll be real good if you've already improved from when you first started to now, it can only get better.

close! 15. i have only been in the hobby for a little over a year and a half, and i just started racing seriously in the past 4 or 5 months. i like to think i have progress a lot in that time. especially considering im already moving into expert! [8D]:)

i really like the ocm, i got a smokin deal on mine ($180 with at least $100 in parts and only a gallon on it), and i havent broken a part on it since (2-2 1/2 gallons i think?). It's a really great car, i cant say anything bad about. the only thing that i cant seem to tune out of it is the fact that it likes to be driven on power, and it doesnt have as much low speed steering as i would like. still working on getting that where i want it. of course, i like my cars to be able to turn on a pinhead.

one question for you team guys. on my PT mount, only 2 of the 3 holes line up, have any of you had that problem?

I had to do a little modifying on my ppb to get mine to turn like i wonted and if you can get 2 screws threw the pt you will be fine since mine only had to ears i never noticed anything.

I completely mistook the overhead shot of the ocm car for a mugen mbx-5r, i thought it was the exact car...that's where I got that. It's not making anything up or saying anything unnecessary. the suspension arms look exactly the same, the bulkheads, shocks, shock towers are all the same geometry. If you can't see that youre either sponsored by ocm and a fanboy or just blind.
The 2 cars are far from the same.....our suspension arms are 2mm shorter than MugenR's.....our shocktower geometry is also different.....the ackerman plate sits lower in the buggy and also has overall difference in geometry. I'm not going to say that our buggy is BETTER than any other buggy....but it can, and does more than hold it's own against the other more POPULAR brands. We have an A-Main finish at the Nationals and a 15th place finish at the Pre-Worlds warm up race. If you choose not to run, or like this buggy that's totally up to you......:D
