I think Im having a problem with prop torque.
Have adjusted motor angle to lift the front slightly, still it just wants to spin out turning one way while hardly wanting to turn the opposite way at all.
The only two props Ihave are a nylon super 16X8(im running) its a very heavy prop.
A Zinger wood prop 15X8(wood dont like water)
Motor is setup as a puller if that helps. No other big scale props available around my area unfortunately.
Can I use glass tape and resin to cover the wood prop or is it a waste of time?</p>

sounds like you have rounded edges where the bottom meets the sides, just behind the rake. The only thing that I heard, (have not tried) is to boil the wood prop.

Its not a problem with the hull, checked all that.
Lets just say it was all my fault!

Funny you should mention abot boiling a wood prop! When I used to make timber bows one trick to stop some timbers from splintering and to strengthen it for much better 'spring' was to soak it in sea water. Once re-dried the salt is combined with the timber on a cellular level internally making for higher tensile strength, so much so that some softwoods could then make quite nice bows.</p>
