Is there any way to resize these in the post. I'd like to print it out, but the size is too small to read most of the #'s.

That works out much better
This time when I clicked to enlarge, the little arrow enlarge box showed up on the screen, allowing me to enlarge it.
Brinted out great.

Thanks haljmac

On this size hull I have been using the .61HB. with very good results. I have been thinking about going with the tower.75 just to see how she will handle, figure for the low cost its worth it to know.

In the water yes it will work fine. Running the ground not well if at all. I have some time on my hands, and I will make you a drawing that will work better for you. If you have a autoCad program I could email it to you.

Tip: If you are wanting to build a hull, with very little money? Go to your local lumber yard and ask them for a cover sheet(thin plywood that is used to protect the good lumber durning shiping) this is something that they normaly put in the trash, they will more than likly give it to you. The sheets will more than likly be damage, but there should be enough good that you can use to build with. Now this plywood is "not" very strong, so after you build the hull, it will need to be coated with an epoxy. Total price about $15.00 for the epoxy.

You must have some decent lumber yards around you .... basically the only ones here are called MENARDS and they wouldn;t give you the time of day for free ...
But ... the two .19's I have ( and the .15 also ) do run the bare ground , but with a struggle to get going ... once going , now , thats another story ... ( same size hull .... but mines 17 inch )
Just think ... I was gonna throw a FOX 40 on her ... ( LMAO ) and keep her for water use ....

I know its a bit more pricey, but i found cutting hi density "blue foam" to be a much easier way of making my first hull. I've built a few planes before so i know how long and tedious it can be to cut evrything out of wood then glue it etc. I used some trashy plywood to make a template of the top, bottom and sides of the boat and pin them onto the foam. I made a hotwire for about $6 and just dragged it across the edges of the plywood and hey presto! perfect hull shape, super bouyant, and easy to sand and glass. hope its some help for other newbies like myself.

Good all around specs HAL......

Very close to the specs I use for my hulls for .15-.20 size engines.

40 - 45 max engine size, the hydro would work realy well with .29 even as small as a .18
