Well , not being very good with EP , that would be a hard one to answer . Basing the thought on that most of the toys RX consists of either one of two major PNP or NPN chips , and they are regulated as to the amount of amperage/voltage they can handle , and that if you went a different motor , you might burn those chips out . Same goes with the thought of adding more cells .....
The only idea that comes to me right now , is to switch out the heavy batteries used , and throw some li-po's in the there , but they are NOT cheap [&o] .
You could try switching props ....[:-] Not sure if thats even feasible though ...
Hopefully someone else might chime in and throw some ideas out to ya .
