RE: Inline twin
The more I look at this project the more I can see a boat that will handle well. With the 2 points of pulling/pushing force in center line, it should stop any spin outs, and help it to give a even smooth turn. What are your plans for the rudder system? Wonder if rudders between the engines would work? On the props are they the same in size?

RE: Inline twin
Thats some nice work, Should be a real power house, heck its all engine, the tanks are nice and the way the throttle linkage is run is nice, simple and direct, id love to see a video when its done, My 1/4 scale will be done to the point of a test run by tommorow, I cant wait, today i put a wire to the throttle, gave her a tug and it went skidding across the floor...

Thanks guys... The tanks is a one piece set-up. I tried to keep is simple and a single tank set-up divided into two parts. I have taken some time off from work and will try to finish buy the first of the new year.

Just curious if I seen the wrong thing here , but , it sure appeared that the air coming off the props was going more to the sides , rather than the back .
Curious ----- did you tach each engine and see the results ? Was the rear engine cranking faster than the front ?
Also , looks like both props are the same diameter , are they the same pitch as well ?

The opening part of the movie said ( Both running tractor) sorry if I was not clear. I finished the break in today and both had tractor set-ups. I broke them in one at a time. Then I cranked both of them up and made the short video. Yes the props are the same diameter and yes the prop wash was canceled out in the middle causing an arch affect. It sure put a smile on my face. The final prop set-up will be a 11 x 6 puller and a three bladed 9 x 6 pusher for the first run tomorrow.

RE: Inline twin
I had a chance to put the boat on the water. First , I had a time with the twins they kept flooding. I since found the problem but only after I got home from the run. Here is a small video of the warm up. We thought the video camera was off during the start up (thought wrong). When the boat hit the water the camera was turned off (oops). Never got the twin running together on the water.
