Default Another step closer!

I have gotten the pylon all glued together and now just need to paint it. I'm wondering if the rudders are to big, they almost look like a couple of billboards to me.
What do you all think?

I don't think your rudders are too big, but I do bellieve that they could be dropped down vertically a bit. Maybe making the bottom of the rudders even with the deck.

By the way....nice paint work!!! [8D][8D][8D]

Thanks again for the input. The paint is two-part Dupont Imron. Once every thing is done I will wet sand it and clear coat it. Its not the wild graphics that you tend to see these days, but it is a tried and true race scheme.

I think what makes agood paint job is that it just fits and blends into the boat. Regardless if its a cool design or a theme. The cool desings and themes give the boat character. Keep up the good work.

Do you think the positioning of the rudders is a cosmetic issue, or would moving them down make them more effective?
