Default can anyone explain thrust?

iv looked at some specs for a BL outrunner i have, and at some electric ducted fans. they have some thrust stats. i have no idea what to think of them. most iv seen are in oz. but i dont know if 25 oz is impressive, or if it is only good for a small foam plane?

Thrust is an amount of pushing power
So, the 25 oz means that at max speed the motor can "push" that much weight
So basically if there was a scale between the motor and an imovable object, the motor would exert 25 oz on it

As far as if it's a lot or not, I don't know. Though to me for small scale things it seems adequate
