Thats a shame about the mold. But at least the boat turned out well for you.
BTW, how many layers of fibreglass, and what weight did you use??

The top part had not any problem to go out from the mold and the same thing was intact. First I extended the rays and did not put 3 layers of the fiber and yes two layers and did not wait for the complete cure and withdrew of the mold after of 3 hours. After i put more 1 layer of fiberglass

Help for the rudder.
Do not want to buy, it has fabricated the entire airboat and I want to make the rudder and I wish someone could inform me some measures as photo.

Nobody has any idea? 
I have something:
a1 = 3 1 / 2 " or a2 = 3"
d1 = 1" or d2 = 1 1 / 4 "

3" x 1" would make for a good rudder size. What are you using for material? I would go with aluminum, I have not seen many have good luck with the factory rudders. May even check with Andy, he has been making some really nice rudders.

I intend to use aluminum of 3/64" of thickness, but still I have doubt how much measure "e". I do not know if I leave with 1/2" , 3/4" or 1".

Well, this boat is virtually a copy of the miss outlaw in size and placement of the rudder must be at least 2 "below the hull, has already taken any further questions.
