Default Brushless Conversion for Mini Rio

Hey all, I found numerous threads on the subject, but to be honest, I am a complete noob at electric gear. I have always had nitro. So with that said, I picked up a mini rio for some laughs and I'm looking to make it fly. How can you tell what ESC's will work with certain Brushless engines? and also, how can you tell what lipo batteries will work with ESC/Engine combo. I know these questions are uber-basic, but like I said, I'm new to electric. Anyway, any and all tips welcome. What would be a good, and cheap, combo for this little boat? Lastly, what else will I have to change on the boat, i.e. shaft or prop for it to function properly with a brushless. Thanks in advance for the info...
