I like it also.

Was it worth the trouble? I think a lot of folks have juggled the idea at one time or another, but with these hulls for $200 its kind of hard to justify the work..... Unless of course the challenge is the real motivation.

Looks good once again.

Any ideas on bonding the deck?

I`v used rhino3d for making the design, then by using the unroll tool all surfaces were flattened. Then it was all a matter of printing the flattened sections, bottom, side, deck, etc, to the size I wanted the boat to be , and cutting plywood on these patterns. Then joining all together.

I already bought a stock Zenoah G260 (I think with a good pipe it makes 4 hp). I`m not a speed freak but I`think the engine will be enough.

now I already finished the mold and the hull however, I had a little problems when removing the hull from the mold, it was to hard. after 4 day of hard work I managed to remove it with a little damage to the hull.(maybe I used the wrong wax)

I`m going to use resin to bond the deck with the hull

I`m going to take some other pics of the work.

I like the idea of a stepped v hull. How did you determine the size and shape of the steps???
