Look at<div>http://www.modelsolutions.ca/</div><div>

</div><div>No doubt others, but those I know about. </div><div>For single sounds, look for the chips used for greeting cards. One multi switcher could control several - they could all be mixed into one amplifier to drive one speaker.</div>

Hi,
Well, one way that I get around that is to use mini speakers and an ipod. For example, I have a Model Slipways Trent class lifeboat. I mixed an engine startup with an engine running sound. I also mixed in radio traffic at various points along the recording (in total about 1-1/2 hours long) and added seagulls and the occasional Mayday distess call. You can make up whatever sounds you like and any length you like.
The mini speakers are cheap effective and can be moved from one boat to another. Same with the IPod.
