Noob in need of help
Hey guys, i just joined today because i need help, i found an old rusty metal boat in a creek when i was camping and i thought it would be cool to turn it into a remote controlled boat. I fixed it up and got it setup to go, Its 30" long, 8" wide and its a single hull flat bottom boat, i originally put a big Kyosho Dolphin 2 outboard on it and it was too big, it got water logged and now it doesnt work. Now i want to convert it to an inboard setup, i like the way inboards look and i think they are cooler. My questions are, what parts do i need? Do inboards need different parts than outboards? All the stuff from my outboard works, except the engine, can i just buy an inboard motor and use the speed controller and other stuff on it? Also how big of a motor do i need? I have been looking around on ebay and i found 2 Graupner Hydrospeed 606 motors, how will those work? Like i said, im a total noob and i could really use the help. Thanks

RE: Noob in need of help
I have the speed controller, battery, servo and reciever setup, the body isnt straight but its close enough. Remeber, i found it in a creek in the mountains on a hike. On the back is the mount from the outboard motor.
