Default I'm building a 55" carbon fibre catamaran. What's a good weight? can it be too light?

I'm building a 55" catamaran. What is a good weight? I am not sure how light is too light or if there is such a thing. It will be electric. motor weighs about 1kg (2.2 pounds). plus batteries 22.2v (probably 2x 11.1v)
