I stumbled onto these little 1/64 scale rc boats. Are these new or have I just been out of the loop too long. http://www.harcohobbies.com/mini_rc_boats.aspx Has anyone seen them before?

I looked at the site. Those almost look fun. I have seen them in my LHS. I might just have to pick one up and see how it works. I would not expect much of them. It says on the site they have run it in lakes and ponds. Not any lakes around here LOL Could you imagine what a 3 foot swell would do to a toy like that LOL My 1/10 and 1/8th scale boats have a hard time with these swells.

We tested one out. Lots of fun in a hot tub. Pretty quick for what they are.
We are thinking of selling them on our site. What's even neater is the
die cast truck with boat trailer and boat combo!

After testing we decided not to carry these. We had 2 fail on us.
They are a ton of fun and if you think that you will not
get any water inside then go for it. Other wise after cutting
the dead one up we found the circuit board to be not
protected from water which caused our failures.
