Frequency usage?
Greetings
I got the sub bug, my brother gave me 2 subs he no longer uses.
So I'm rebuilding the one that ran at one time first.
Step 1 - Pick a Radio Frequency, ever tried to get an answer on whats in use?
I'm not dumping the cash for a Transmitter Module that I'll never get to use at a regatta.
I run PCM 8 channel radio gear, so they arent cheap.
Every Flying field I've been a member of posted a sheet showing the number of members on each channel.
Anyone know where I can find that kind of info for Ground Frequencies for Boats/Subs in New England?
Thanks in advance,
Ramjet

RE: Frequency usage?
why does it really matter what channel you are? just as long as you dont run the same as someone else. ask around when at the pond/ lake or whatever you run a sub in lol. you cant see 5 inches in the water here. buy an extra set or two of crystals so if someone does have the same frequency, you have others to choose from.
