Default Self sticking decal...

I have some old Self-sticking decals on my boat. I used a little bit of Windex when I put them on and it worked fine. Now some years latter they show some wrinkles... Is it possible to remove the wrinkles from them WITH OUT messing them up or the boat under them? Short of sticking, picking or cutting them..

Credit card , a brown paper grocery sak and your wifes blow dryer ...
heat with brown paper sak on top of decals , use credit card to smooth wrinkles .... do it NICE and SLOW , see , thats the way to do it ( otherwise , you'll tear up the wrinkled aged decals )
SLOW is the key word here ... heat to where its hot to the touch , but NOT burning hot !
