Hello everyone, I am new to this forum. just looking for some help, I just bought a villian ex, installed 2 novak 15 turns, super rooster esc, brass props and new shafts...the problem I am having is the out of controll bouncing at full throttle, I have tried all trim conditions in all water conditions with no luck, still bouncing out of controll, please, someone help I have tried adding weight to hull and everything i can think of..anyway I'll shut up now...any help would be greatly appreciated...I do run the enforcer gas boats..not used to the small electrics......thanx

you need a pair of trim tabs to compensate for the extra power and weight

Until the trim tabs arrive, try moving the battery forward, or adding some weight toward the front of the boat.

That should also help control the porpoising that occurs at high speed.

Another way to control this is to trim the outdrives down. This should lift the stern of the boat, and also help to put down force toward the bow of the boat.

Hmm, I just re read your post, and it sounds like you have been working all these options.[&:]
