RE: RC Surfer
Well, I guess I asked for that now didn't I crew?
Yes John, of course, it is absolutely true.
Without "Surfcurls" and "NQD" and of course "Wombarra", I would never have even experienced this awesome hobby.
One can only wonder "What will happen next?"
Maybe that "Surfcurls" spell you put on me fried my brain a bit.
Too much fun in the sun perhaps?????????????

RE: RC Surfer
Hey RC Surfers,
No doubt you have all seen the Dave Reese "Radio Waves" video trailer on Youtube.
If you wanna see some great RC Surfing, I highly recommend that you get a copy of the whole vid.
It is so awesome it is totally sick.
It always blows me away.
You would not believe the size of some of the waves being shredded on the vid.
I have watched it many, many times and never get tired of it.
I often fall asleep laying in bed with my little portable DVD player still running on my chest.
Dr Curls has the vid for sale on his site and it really is worth the bucks.
It is a few years old but that really does not matter.
The soundtrack is cool and the footage is fantastic.
Spencer Johnson makes his Dudes really carve and he also does a few 360's and barrel rolls.
There are some massive airs and a great wipeout section too.
I wonder if he is still operating, I hope he is, 'cause he is a real RC Surfing legend.
Sea Ya.

I Dont Have a Time Frame For Wombarra's Launch, As It Is
At Their Discretion, But I can say they are working hard at it, and the product is progressing
At A Fast Pace.
It's not an easy task Perfecting something like this !

RE: RC Surfer
You will All love it.
Especially if you can get to watch it for free!
Ha, Ha, Ha.
Did I say that?
Just jokin' Dave.
I would pay for another copy if mine got stolen or lost, 10 times over.
Bob and I are hoping to get enough good photos over the next couple of years to make a high quality RC Surfing picture book.
There seems to be a real lack of quality photos on this subject at the moment.
I am sure there are plenty of great ones out there but where are they?
Bob is starting a website for his photography, as he has so many awesome photos but no one ever gets to see them.
Gotta go.

you can also load the picture in ''PAINT'' if you have windows OS. go to edit and you can reduce pixels to what ever sizing you want.

RE: RC Surfer
Hi Goggz,
Looks like you have been gettin' into it.
I wondered if you were.
Having a blast over here too, as you can see.
Cool photos bro.
I must have done somethin' real bad 'cause my pictures won't upload anymore.
May be a bit of bad kharma for my little outburst the other day.
Such is life...
Sea ya.

RE: RC Surfer
Well, I am not trying to be pedantic or anything here, but for the benefit of the wider RC Surfing community that, PERHAPS, might not know very much about surfing terminology.

RE: RC Surfer
And My Dear RC Surfer Friends,
This is "A Very Nice Left"
Isn't that right Goggz?
I better add the following to cover my ass here;
I am definately not trying to be critical of anyone, just trying to be a little helpful to those who are new to Surfing in general.
And especially those who are new to RC Surfing in particular and may not now what a "Right" or "Left" hand wave is yet.
In the world of surfing only "Kooks" call "Left handers" "Right handers" and we can't have you "Newbies" making that mistake.
Keep buiding up those little LiPo powered Shooters boys.
Make 'em as tough as ya can and then send 'em out to charge in the biggest ridable waves you can find.
Rights or Lefts, it does not matter, just make sure you rip its guts open.
At least now you will know if your carving up a right or a left.
Just go hard boys.
That's what RC Surfing is all about. (To me anyway)

RE: RC Surfer
Hey John @ "Surfcurls",
How about posting a few pics of your RC Surfer collection.
That would be awesome.
I know you have a stack of boards and I bet everyone here would love to see them.
What about a few of your NQD's and Kyosho's in action over there in Cal.
PLEASE!!!

RE: RC Surfer
I went to www.shrinkpictures.com/ Go to the avatar part. Change the pixels to 85 ( worked for me ) Presto ! Now it should be able to upload. It was pretty simple
