wanting to make my first purchase of rtr boat... been looking at SUPER VEE 27, but also looking at MISS VEGAS,, which one faster,, and pros and cons to electric and gas????? thanks in advance for input..

The SV 27 might be a better choice for you if this is your first boat. Low maintenance and no tuning of a carb every time the weather changes. Aquacraft is about to release a nitro version of the SV 27 if you can hold out for a few weeks.
The Miss Vegas will need calmer water to run on but you won't have to wait for the batteries to recharge.
We have huge threads in the nitro and electric boat forums on each boat so those might help you make your decision.
Get comfortable as there's a lot of reading.
