Floating Drydock carries six overall general plans of the USS Wasp LHD-2
http://www.floatingdrydock.com/Bu.htm
But I don't see any hull lines listed in the "BU" section, or the Hull line page.

Global Security shows some low resolution drawings

Of course you could try "The Scale Shipyard"
They have the wasp in 1/96 scale.
I think that comes out to 8'-9½"

Umi, the Wasp is a helicopter landing ship and not a sub chaser. I think rye is looking more at a frigate or destroyer.
Rye, check out Umi's sources for Perry class frigates and either Spruance, Kidd or Burke class destroyers. If you can't find what you're looking for, you may have to scratch build.

Thats the USS Blue Ridge. Its a Command and Control Ship. All Navy ships have Helicopter Pads. But if you are trying to build a platform that you can land R/C Helicopters on, your are probably better off going with an LHD or LHA due to the size of the deck. The links provided above for USS WASP, etc. are the in that direction.

Anti Submarine warfare would have been the Perry class frigate as mentioned before...
