Hydrofoam Does it work?

does the hydrofoam/hydroplane thing work? the thing that is a boat,plane,and car. and can someone give me a review.thanks

They work, matter of the fact a few company's have made them. You have seen one at a dicovery store here in St. Louis. I do have the plans ofr one somewhere. I just got to find them. If you want a set let me know.
