I've tried a dozen times to register with Jims r/c boat dock & got no where. Plus that place wants everything from you including your first born. I don't mind so much, but this is what the world is becoming. You give out every little bit of info you have about yourself & then you have no control. No one needs to know my mailing addy for me to get logged on. I guess I thank the very not so honest folks for all my trouble. Thank you very much, NOT!
This place is fair at best unless you like planes & such.
Can any of you out there in cyberspace give me a place to visit that has good traffic & people willing to talk ?!?!?!?!
& no, I'm not having a bad day, I just need some info.

Try www.intlwaters.com Mostly nitro, but very friendly! I think the traffic would be better here if they had a better way to get to the forum. Why can't we have a listing like the planes? The only link is at the top of the page where nobody can find it! It doesn't even look like a button. I think somebody needs a e-mail about this.

PH, all you need is a name and an email addy to register with Jims. Yes, that is due to morons who screw it up for everyone else~ Everyone has to take out the trash once in a while, I'm sure they do the same around here~

I finally gave in a week ago & have met some great people there.
They seem to know their stuff & enjoy the sport.

I spend a lot of time in there. If you notice, when you sign up, your personal info can be kept private from viewers. Only the Administrators will have access to it then. There is a good bunch of people in there, yes, including at least one woman. Try going into the Chat Room sometimes, it gets a little crazy in there but is also a place to get a quick answer to a question.
You could join up in www.rcboat.com also, there is a Gas boat section in there. Omly one thing that you must do in there, use your REAL name or Marty will boot you out. Very technical site.
