Default Help needed with propeller...

Hello sailors!

Summer is almost here in Greece and the RC cars are stored in the locker... it is time for RC boating!!! I have a kyosho bluestreak 800 nitro powered and the only upgrade is that I have swapped the 2-blade plastic propeller with a 3-blade metallic option one from kyosho. It is a 37X1.4 one.

Now with the problem,

The boat runs fine on Coolpower 25% nitro and out of the water ir revving nice and fast without any hesitations, and it is running a bit on the rich side just to keep the temps down. By the time I launch it in the water and hit the throttle it runs fine for 10 feet, the slows down, then blasts for another 10 feet, then slows down again and this is repeated. The prop is fully submerged at all times and I have tried different angles on the propeller with no luck as it is and inboard-out setup from kyosho.

Is there something that has to do with the propeller? I can't understand where I have been wrong, the propeller is recommended by kyosho for this boat.

Any help is much appreciated...

All right, the problem was with the propeller, it was unbalanced... I got the original 2-blade plastic one and it flies... Now I need to balance and polish it, I am confused though about polishing...

Which side do I need to polish, the one facing the boat, the one facing the water behind, or both?
