I've recently started using a Microsoft Powertoy called Image Resizer for my photos.

What I have noticed is when I reduce my camera photos to a smaller size for faster uploading, the powertoy seems to bypass RCU's automatic resizer within a posting in a thread.

Is this a known problem? Can I avoid it?
