Default 7.5cc outboard clutch system

Checking out all the cool boats on youtube.com can be a lot of fun especially when you run into something like this.

I'm in the middle of ordering this unit as I do enjoy talking to friends about rc stuff while running vehicles but I'd rather do this with the model stopped temporarily. Has anyone else tried this system out before or seen it in action in real life?

Nice holeshots but that's it. The clutch will raise the engine up so that's going to hurt turning. Notice that they didn't show any speed runs or it making any turns at speed? Any idling time in the water can hurt the engine as when it's sitting still it isn't getting any water to the head.

Good points, maybe I'll hold off on the clutch then.
