I have a question for folks from eu or uk where they shop parts for bots n stuff(states have some low prices but when i sum together fees and postage, not so much anymore).

Being from the USA, I only know of a couple of places in the UK, one is Dave Marles at http://www.prestwich.ndirect.co.uk/ and another place called JoTiKa Ltd.
They have a nice magazine called Marine Modeling International through Traplet Publications which has a lot of ads for hobby shops.
