hi any one know if this is on the market i got to get one of these and put my small camera in it and findly see whats at the bottom of my pond ,maybe dead bodys lol or treasuser

The model kits, by AMT/ERTL are fairly common.
If it is a Bandai kit, as the builder of these is in Japan, it will cost more.
It is just a matter of finding the kerosene, or fountain pumps to make the
propulsion system.
The builder has been doing kits like this since 2006.
The first one to appear was the Space battleship Yamato, then the Voyager.
He has been filling out the fleet ever since then.
