be all thats needed and also no slip.
Could always put straight pieces inside if Ineed to for support.
Maybe a low temp hot glue gun would work better.

Adhesive in a tube called Goop works great on foam.I use it to hold my pool noodles in the boat.It comes in household ,automotive and marine versions.All the same except for the price.

this stuff sets up so I tried hot glue.
Always next time for my Sons boat maybe tonight, I'll let you
know how it works out.
