help! im new to this
me and my friend are argueing if it is alright to put a ESC from his RC car into my/his boat (i think it's a "rooster" esc), please respond, my friend thinks it will get to hot or something.

im pretty sure you can put an esc in a boat. all u got to do is put in the hull and bam!! u got an esc in a boat. duh!!. no but seriously you can put one in it will be fine.

yeah, i was just wondering if a car one would work, im also using a bigger motor (it's about a coupole centimeters longer then a 540)

is it a car motor? it might be a 550 motor like the ones in the emaxx. in my old boat i mounted a trinity d5 flatliner. omg this boat was fast. i was killin other people out there with 3.5 tunnel hulls.
