Default Bondo glass spraying

In order to get a better finish and water proof my boats I have been spraying them with Bondo resin . Works great , the only problim is I have been thining the Bondo with Lacquer thinner . It stays tacky for days . Does any body know of A better product to thin it ?

The proper thinner for polyester based resins is styrene monomer, acetone can be used at a pinch.

Alcohol works good also, More than 90 proof.
