Default Slipper Clutch Help!

On my Traxxas tmaxx, the nut on the slipper clutch keeps coming loose. I Have replaced the nut but need to know how tight or loose it should be. I also keep breaking drive shafts and think that the slipper clutch might have somethin to do with it. Any help would be great! Thank you in advance.</p>

from a stand still position when you peg the throttle you should hear the slipper for the first 10 feet or so or first 1 or 2 seconds. any less and its too tight you may break things any less and you will just prematurly wear out the slipper and you will have less then optimal performance.
