ok i am not a complete retard, but my truck went haywire and smacked into a tree and messed it all up. i got it back together but the engine is trash! it acts like it's flooded then i turn it over and pull starter and tons of black stuff comes out! finally got the black stuff to lighten to fuel color.the glow plug is brand new and is fine. Do i have to take the the engine apart? WHAT? HELP!!!!!(my truck is a maximum st with a kyosho.15).IT WON"T EVEN TRY TO START!!!

remove the glow-plug and brass washer, turn your truck upside down, and let the fuel drain out.

It just might be flooded. Afterwords, with the glow-plug still out, yank on the pull-starter about 3 times till it is not spiting out fuel.

Then reinstall the glow-plug and washer and try to start it up.

Make sure your tune-pipe is not blocked up with dirt via a tooth-pick or something.

If you did not damage the high-speed needle, it should be fine.

thanks, i took it apart and the oring had snapped! i replaced it and got it running. thanks for the advice! (i'm not really a newb anymore).

Hunt, im just wondering, whats your Maximum ST doing with a danged Kyosho motor???? lol When i owned that truck, it had the Torq 12.... did you change the motor??

naw, i bought it off ebay and it had it in it! that thing has some serious wheel wobble!
