Default Brushless kv ratings

I'm looking to get into racing when the new tracks open in town and I was wondering, what kv brushless motor would be equivelant to, and could run in a stock class. My sc10 has a 3300kv but it feels faster than a 27 turn

Default RE: Brushless kv ratings

just multiply the KV by volts, then find a stocker with specs and get the RPM's from there and see what matches up.

ive seen a chart somewhere..

also, since BL has much more torque, it can get very close to its max-no load rpms, unlike brushed.
