Ok im charging my 5000mAh tunrigy 2s lipo on my Dynamite ultra passport charger. Its 5A but while charging its teeters between 1.20-1.25A. Is the normal? I have it set on exactly 5amps.

yes. it is totally normal, chargers normaly do this to prevent a suddent birsts of power rushing to the batteries, even the best biult chargers do this sometimes. but just to be sure, charge your batterie in a bath tub or a large sink.

BTW ignore that poorly spelled post. That is not why it drops.
think of it like filling a cup of water to the rim when you get close to the rim you turn the faucet down so it won't go over. Not due to bursts of water rushing to the cup.
The charger does exactly the same. When it gets near full it will drop the current. And seeing Lipos are shipped 80% charged usually it was already near the top so it dropped early on.
