Is anyone using the Hudy ultimate setup system? Have been struggling through the "by eye" process on a used blitz I bought and considering it. Anyone have any positive/negative input on the system? Is there a way to balance toe/camber manually that I'm just not seeing?

You can measure toe and camber with some simple tools- string, ruler and protractor. Or you will find the eye ball method easier if you hold 2 long straight edges on the wheel rims.

ruler, protractor, stick on the rims was an idea. Figured I had to first affix the car to something that would measure off of my true centerline of it and not let it move while I'm checking the toe. Camber I figured I could measure off the posts, but it still would just get me close because I can't see a 1/4 difference on the tape or caliper.comes down to running it on flat surface at 0 on the trim after that.
