WV,
I have a small personal track that I'm wanting to add on a timing system. Does anybody have an suggestions? The AMB system is a little too expensive for me. I've heard that there is a software program that will keep times by pressing a button for each car as it comes by the line. Just wondering if anyone has seen this or knows where to get.
Thanks,
Thanks,

I thought team orion makes one. JLap is another but it is expensive. or you can just a a radio that does it.
My xr have a lap counter button. You just click it everytime you pass.. not very accurate though..

If you are looking for something simple for one car check out this:
http://www.rcraceday.com/sites/rcrd/other.asp
or if you send me your email address I will email you a .zip file of an Alpha (pre-pre-release) version of a windows timing app I am making that will be for sale soon (you can have this version for free). It uses the 1-0 keys to count the cars as they pass. Up to ten drivers. You have to promise to give me feedback and tell me how you are using it. Runs on win 98 SE or higher with the .net framework installed. This version handles single races, not series and reporting is disabled.
