Default overkill?

i recently picked up this vxl bandit for cheap. came with a brushed system, which i took out and put my vxl system in.
the tires it came with were small and pretty worn.
i wanted some tires with more bite for off-road and dirt running.
i think these proline 30 series badlands will do the trick!
looks alittle funny, but should be a blast to drive on 2s lipo.

You alternate, and drive the one that actually works. Out of the 30 or so that I have, only a few run.

sooo, would you want to give some of the ones you dont run to me

i run everything i have. if its something that sits on the shelf for over a month, then it goes up for sale or trade.

so once you break one, it goes on the shelf waiting for repair, and you just get the other one?

just took the buggy out for a drive.

these tires rock!

i put a smaller pinion gear to compensate for the larger diameter tires, but after getting a temp reading on the motor of 125, i think i can go back up a few teeth.

the smaller front tires dont ballon at speed, which aids handling. its actually a nice combo.

but now i need a wheely bar!

You should see these vid on youtube about this guy with his house filled with RCs. Forgot what it was called, but you can try to find it. He's got buggys upon buggies stacked everywhere. It's crazy!

Put some chevron tread tires on the rear and then it will be a tractor!

It's not a tractor if it's quiet. He needs to convert to nitro. And use a four stroke.

I too have about 8 Rc cars/trucks. Only problem for me is having them all working at the same time, which is the reason why i have so many. When one is down, i have another different one to run. Best way to go IMO..
