I found this fantom engine on EBAY and was wondering if this engine would work in my original RS4. Thanxs for your help.

It should. I have the same one in my rs42. I just had to change my throttle linkage

Well, it should work, but keep in mind that is a non pullstart engine, so make sur eyou have a flywheel, engine mounts, and bump starter...

Also, the stock pipe onthe rs42 might really put a choking on that engine...

Well, I'm sure you could.... Easily/Cheaply? Most likely not...

Nitrofreak where did you get your throttle linkage from? I had to make my own because i couldnt find one. You hav a li nk or something? thanks

I just used ONFNA linkage Part#10725. It is standard linage instead of the servo saver that HPI uses
