Default problem with tc 4

i just purchased a new tc4 and i was running it for the first time but after i while i started to hear a really load noice coming from the gears, took a look at it, it was coming from the gears of the middle axle and the gear from the motor, i think they are moved slightly apart creating that noise where it sounds like its forcing itself to rotate so i would like some advice before i actually move it thank guys!

it's common for the mesh to slip, just readjust the mesh with a piece of paper between the gears and go like hell some more.

oh i was thinking about taking the motor out and readjust it like that, do i put a full piece of paper between them and let the paper rotate along with the gears?
