I'd go with an OS #8 and see what it does in response. They're good all-round plugs that work in more or less any glow engine you care to shake a glow starter at.

Either that, or the McCoy MC59. I am a fan of the medium Odonnel plugs.

My buddy just called and we exchanged info on what we found...I told him the os8 plug seems to be the way to go. He on the other hand found more people that ran the mc59...Thank you...

Either or. They're both excellent plugs.

I tried an Odonnel plug and didn't like it. My Hot Shot 2 won't attach to them like it will OS 8s and McCoy MC59s, I have to manually hold it on, and this is somewhat annoying.

I use McCoy MC59 plugs myself and use them with 5% nitro up to 25%. These are long reachHot plugs, the OS #8 plugs are medium/hot and are not long reach plugs. I have used an OS 6 and OS 8 plugs in the past and hated them. Traxxas plugs ran better than the OS plugs in my experience.
