do tuned pipes do anything?
this dude i know put a tuned pipe (RC airplane one) in his car.
Does it do any good? He says he got more power. He checked it with this RPM gizmo attached to the wheel.

tuned pipes help add top speed or low speed, and other things....it depends on what you want......there was a article floating around about what pipe actually do
