Default a stipid ? here

I have a nice body but its to short. i did a custom build and its about 24" long. the one i have is like 17.something. I have 3 sheets of lexan. my origanal thought was to take the dremel out and cut it in half and slap it on with a few screws[ugly]. Then i thought to get the hairdryer out try to get the design onto the the sheet of lexan.
please its an odd ? but please tell be the best way to do it.</p>

hair dryer is no where nar hot enough the mold lexan you would need a heat gun.

Other than buy a longer body I can't suggest much IMO it will prolly look like crap I've had this dilemma a few times I just ended up looking for a longer body.
I've thought about building a vacuum forming machine, and making a mold out of a body, and just stretching it and scuplting a filler for the new section, but I figured it would be too much work and cost too much in the end

A very good heat gun. Should serve your purpose.
