In my area it is. Nationwide, I'd say its almost a toss up between SCT and 1/8 buggy.

Over here in Belgium it the 1/10 scale Buggies that rule the tracks. I still love to run 1/8 buggy though.[8D]

Without meaning offense, it's the dumbest IMO.. At least on the 1/8 buggy outdoor tracks where I have seen it..

1/8 nitro buggy here. Here in Germany 1/5 scale onroad and offroad are big too..

no offense, savage? don't worry about that. the only rc i ever sold off, was a perfectly good slash. it didn't do a thing for me. i'd rather drive ANY other rc i own: electric boats, electric touring cars, nitro touring cars, stadium truck, scale crawler, mini monster, 1/8 monster, micro desert, 1/8 truggy, 1/10 truggy... and i'm sure that if i had a buggy or a baja, electric or internal combustion, i'd prefer that too. so, no offense taken.
